Sade Collections is the studio and shop of the model and artist Sadie Nelson. By using this site, creating an account, placing an order, or starting a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping policy, and the licence attached to any digital edition you own. Where a policy is more specific than this page, the more specific one applies.
This site contains artistic nude and topless photography. It is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to browse, buy, or hold a membership. By continuing past the age gate you confirm you are at least 18 and that viewing artistic nude work is lawful where you live.
We may suspend or close any account where we have reason to believe the holder is under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we will delete any such account and its data on discovery.
You need an account to hold a membership, view your digital editions, or claim your monthly print. Give accurate details and keep your email address current, because that is how we send order confirmations, edition access, and billing notices.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private. Do not share your login. Accounts are for one person, and access is not transferable. If you think someone else has your credentials, email us within a reasonable time and we will lock the account and issue a reset.
Members Only costs $19 a month, or $190 a year. It is a recurring subscription, charged to the card on file until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number. Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
We will give you 30 days notice by email before any change to membership pricing. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before the change takes effect.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include our handling. Import duty and local tax on international orders are payable by you on delivery. Member discounts apply automatically at checkout when your subscription is active.
Every piece is made to order and production begins as soon as your payment lands, so an order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is placed.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges, on prints, digital editions, and memberships alike, and initiating a chargeback on a delivered order is treated as a breach of these terms. The two things this does not touch: a piece that arrives damaged is remade and reshipped at our cost under the Shipping policy, and any rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded remain yours.
Buying a digital edition, or accessing one through a membership, gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the work inside your account, on your own devices, for personal enjoyment. Digital editions are not delivered as files and may not be captured, extracted, reproduced, or re-recorded from the screen.
The licence does not include commercial use of any kind: no resale, no sublicensing, no advertising or promotional use, no merchandise, and no use in training or evaluating machine-learning systems. Commercial licences exist and are quoted per project on the licensing page.
Editions you bought outright remain in your account indefinitely. Access granted only through a membership ends when the membership ends.
Every photograph on this site is the original work of Sade and remains her property. Buying a print or a digital edition buys the object or the licence, never the copyright. The Sade Collections name, wordmark, site design, written copy, and code are also ours and are protected.
All work is registered at source. We monitor for unauthorised reproduction and we do pursue it.
We may close an account immediately, without refund, for any of the above, and we reserve every legal remedy available to us.
If you send us a review, a photograph of a print on your wall, or a message, you keep ownership of it but grant us permission to reproduce it on the site and in our own marketing, with credit where you have given us a name to use. Tell us at any time and we will take it down.
When you buy or subscribe we send transactional email about your order, delivery, and billing. You cannot opt out of those while you hold an active order or membership. Marketing email is separate, opt-in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we do not warrant that the site will be free of errors or that a vault outage will never happen.
Screens vary. Colour, contrast, and paper tone in a finished print will not match your display exactly, and slight variation between prints is a property of archival paper rather than a fault. Frame dimensions are accurate to within 3mm.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site, an order, or a membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you use the site or our images in a way these terms forbid, and that use leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and legal fees in dealing with it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of your own country.
